Ironback Black Bumper Plates allow you to safely drop any load from the waist, chest, or even overhead without risking injury to yourself or your equipment.

Heavy deadlifts, overhead presses, snatches, and cleans (among many others) can be attempted with confidence that you will be able to bail out without major repercussions or injury. A great option for boxes and gyms that require a large number of plates for met-con work but do not require all of them to be color coded for easy weight recognition.
